A Historic Setting

Our restaurant is housed in a building dating back to around 1600. In the late 1700s, it was part of the estate of Sir William Codrington, who served as the Member of Parliament for Tewkesbury from 1747 to 1792.

A New Beginning

Since 2014, we have successfully run our restaurant in this historic location, formerly known as Crystal Rivers. After two years of careful planning and reinvestment, we have transformed it into Sapphire, a modern and sophisticated dining sanctuary. Our tantalizing, Mediterranean-inspired menu is crafted to delight your senses.
